Returns and Exchange details Here at Maori Man, we check every item before we send them off to you. We do know that sometimes the product may get damaged in transit so please contact us if that happens and we’ll pay the shipping of the returned item and send you a new one free of charge.
If you change your mind for whatever reason and the item is still in new condition, we’ll be happy to refund you however you will need to contact us first and you will need to pay for the shipping to be returned to us.
All requests must be done within 3 days.
Products determined to be damaged by the customer will not be refunded. Email us at support[at]maoriman.com if you have any questions or concerns or message us via Etsy.
Returns and Exchange details
Most refunds are processed about a week after USPS delivers your return parcel. Your credit card issuing bank then takes about five to seven business days to reflect the transaction. An email notification will be sent when your refund has been been processed.
